Original Series scene. Looks like we're having a fancy party on the Enterprise. We're in a larger but unspecified room for what seems like the hors d'oeuvres part of the evening's agenda. Lots of different looking background folks drinking and mingling. We've got some different headdresses, and someone is holding a spear maybe. But it's all light and chill with smiles and polite looks. Up front is Kirk, Spock, and Bones. They have on dress uniforms, which look like normal uniforms but with gold bedazzled trim around the nech and down center. Also some extra flair pieces where the delta shield usually sits. In front of them is a table, filled with foods and drinkware and booze. The food looks like when you were a kid and made playdough stuff by pushing the different colored playdough through the thing and then cut off stars or cubes or spaghetti. Bones and Kirk are looking at Spock Who is speaking. Closed caption reads, "On Vulcan, the teddy bears are alive."

Honestly I wouldn't have taken Vulcans for cat people. Hard to imagine them cleaning littler boxes or opening up a can of fancy feast for Sprinkles or having little cat toys laying around their quarters. Seems illogical when they could be doing science or something more productive. But on the other hand, they are an advanced species and so there's gotta be something to the emotional and spiritual benefits of pet ownership. Anyways, no caption here, have a great day everyone.

Shuddering at the thought. My dad would eat canned sardines and oysters when I was a kid, and I honestly couldn't be in the same room. After getting pregnant, my tolerance for fishy smells has drastically plummeted 💀 Sushi, surprisingly, is still completely fine
