ooooo now that you mention it i have def noticed comments on kpop/spiderverse/goat stuff asking "what is this anim style called" like it needs some kind of label instead of just letting it be a style? weird shift for sure

oohhh yeah easing back in slowly and giving yourself enough time to recover is the key!! I still only lift 3 days a week and that's enough for me 👍

oh no!! my advice as someone that's had a fair amount of injuries now lol is to ease back into it with very light weights and don't keep doing anything that hurts! I had to stop hammer curls for a bit cos my elbow wasn't happy about it but regular curls are fine so find movements that work for u

20lbs doesn't feel like much until you have to raise it laterally
