I really love when someone comes over that I can share my art books with. I guess maybe my passion for art can be boring for others.
In my studio.

I was just discussing with someone (not about this photo) but the compromises that we, especially older folks like me, have to make when hiking and shooting. Like not carrying a tripod to lighten the load. A friend has a nice small carbon fiber tripod but it is $600, I'm not quite ready for that.

A really wonderful photograph my friends made. I might be a little envious, but I am really so happy for what they were able to do. :)

There are so many good things about this photograph Rhett. The composition is spot on. The lighting and exposure are great, and then you have the really beautiful @yourkuriousgirl.bsky.social . It doesn't get much better than this.
