2/3 so far of the levels you can go to after Ascendency are awesome environments. And I'm saving the coolest sounding one for last!

I just got done with one of the coolest looking levels I've ever seen an ARPG. The detail in this game is incredible

I was getting one shotted by regular enemies because I avoided all the energy shield nodes in favor or damage. Going off a planner from Maxroll.gg now. So I don't have to spend way more later to fix my busted build lol

I just totally respec'd my character.

Oh I forgot about that area. The boss I was stuck on is the next area after that. Traitor's Passage.

The next boss is the one I had real problems with. I'm straight up rolling after getting my first Ascendency

Ok nevermind. Went in again just to grind because the drops and exp are good and ended up beating the boss on my second try lol. GOTY

Oh yeah, and you have a separate "health" bar that persists through the entire hour of bullshit and you can't refill it with potions and when it runs out you die no matter what your health is.

Imagine being stuck behind that boss but instead of just trying to kill him 50 times in a row, every time you want to fight him again you have to go through an hour of bullshit

Ascension trials suck my fucking asshole. I might be done with this game soon. Wtf is this bullshit?

Plus I've been on break for 4 days so technically have all the time in the world and still struggling through act 2

If you go down below though it is endless hyenas. They spawn out of the caves on both sides immediately when they die. It's easier to leave them down there until they do the one rush attack

That guy was like 5 tries instead of 50. Think it's the next main boss I was stuck at. Got past them though and am at my first Ascendency Trial. Which is a whole other thing I wasn't expecting 😂
