That’s exactly what Republicans want: to rig the rules to keep people away from the polls.

Last week, I pressed DHS leadership from ICE, CBP, and USCIS for answers.

Here’s the truth: they refuse to hold agents accountable — even when laws are broken.

Communities are being terrorized, and this Administration’s response is silence.

That is unacceptable.

The SAVE America Act isn’t about voter fraud. It’s about Republicans losing elections.

They’re losing young voters. Losing voters of color. Losing women. Rather than change their ideas, they’re trying to change the rules — by making it harder to vote.

That’s voter suppression.

Republicans’ SAVE America Act is a blatant attempt to make it harder for Americans to register and cast their vote.

I offered common-sense amendments to protect voters and reduce the harm.

Republicans shut them down because they want suppression.

Republicans have given the green light for Donald Trump and Kristi Noem to unleash untrained ICE agents on the American people.

That’s dangerous, unacceptable, and it shatters trust between communities and law enforcement.

ICE agents are operating with near-total impunity—violating constitutional rights and terrorizing communities.

That ends now.

I introduced the Qualified Immunity Accountability Act to hold law-breaking agents accountable. No one is above the law.
