Digging into the Mars Excursion Module crewed Mars lander for General Electric's 1967 Nuclear-Electric Propulsion Mars mission study.

Funny thing - they describe the MEM in some detail, then add a note to the effect that it won't work because Mariner IV found the martian atmosphere to be too thin.

The massive An-225 Mriya touching down on Baikonur's Yubileyniy airfield with Buran on its back.

Centaurs A elliptical/lenticular galaxy. A soft glow takes up the central 1/3 portion of the frame. A wave shape like a sideways S of dark dust cuts horizontally through the middle. Streaked through with some white tendrils

Got a cool hat on my trip to Florida.

I’m not sure what time period it’s from, but I don’t think there was a big gap between GD selling Atlas to Martin, and Martin merging with Lockheed.

Here's the current lineup of engines for the ksp long march mod, a couple more options are on the way but I think it's a really good selection so far and is definitely enough to make Long March 2 derived vehicles
