It’s been two weeks since the Monster took office and already the nightmares are coming true. A woman in my support group with stage 4 terminal cancer was in a drug trial and was FINALLY getting better. The government shut down all drug trials. She will die. This is just the beginning. I have daily migraines from Nutcracker Syndrome (my brain along with other organs does not receive enough oxygenated blood) I feel your pain. Days like today make me wish I were no longer alive. And now I have to go teach 20 kids singing dancing and acting 😵‍💫

I rarely got out of bed this year and spent 9 weeks in hospital. But I also taught over 40 students and directed 2 shows and won a big grant to produce a piece about my profound disability and it’s affect on my marriage. But mainly? I survived.
