And second, don’t ask me why but it makes so much sense that F1 fandom is full of ND persons and it if can help undiagnosed ones who are struggling: don’t listen to the offensive chatter on the topic, go talk to professionals if you think you it could be you, you don’t have to struggle forever

Sharing all that for 2 reasons: 1st, take care of you and the people you love, don’t wait longer just because you think it could be worse. If you are already concerned, it’s already the time to get support

Added bonus in the 2025 storm: joining the late diagnosed neurodivergent women in their 30s. It’s like figuring out all the puzzle now but also learning how to work with how I am and not against it

I’ve been working on myself and spent hours with different doctors and therapists (still do) and I’m getting slowly back to being active at a less toxic workplace and learning how to take care better of myself on daily basis

2025 was rough, had a burn out (the long and hard version that makes you stop working and doing private activities) due to many things, some due to me, some due to context.

With race week approaching, I’m officially back there 👋 Had a rough 2025, I hope 2026 will be nicer but looking at the news everywhere I don’t know what to expect tbh. Personal venting out session below
