100%! I wish they'd make it easier to get accessibility accommodations, or offer a free course in handwriting, or anything to help. When it comes to struggles with the physical mechanics of writing, I personally think colleges and universities need to provide assistance.

Handwriting is definitely a skill that has to be learned and maintained! I think many young people were pushed into typing early, so now they've found themselves lagging behind their peers.

I think Americans would be surprised at the number of 18-21 year old adults who struggle to write by hand. With the shift back to handwritten exams in the age of AI, it is actually scary how many students can't physically and/or mentally complete the exams.
