There are more honey bees on the planet now than at any time in human history.

Keeping hives of domesticated honey bees does not ‘save’ endangered native wild bees - it can make things worse for them.

Such a cool visual effect. It’s like a 50s/60s movie set. I half expect a dinosaur to crest the hillside and walk under the giant mushrooms.

I love hearing and watching these guys fly over. Such a seasonal experience.

I’m so thrilled to share that today I earned my badass badge. 🤘 My very, very old dryer developed a horrid squeak and rather than buy a new one I chose to research and fix it all by my little ol’ self. I’d swear that 3/4 of the job was vacuuming but now it’s back in business and humming along. 💪
