Similarly to those who want to help, if you are going to point out the wrongs, make sure to point out the rights too. Constant criticism can make one think they aren't doing anything right and be super demotivating.

It's important to remember that it's mostly on you to put the effort into getting better at something. Fishing for compliments when you do in fact have a lot to improve can be hindering for your own improvement. Look for feedback, observe how people do it, look for ways to learn what you want.

"I suck at this", chances are that,yes you do, and there is nothing wrong with that. Acknowledging what you aren't good at is the first step to improvement, and with time and effort, what you suck at may become what you are really good at ! We all start somewhere, nobody started perfect at something

If i was a Pokemon gym leader, or a trainer specialized in one type, it'd be Fighting type, with Breloom, Kommo-o, Blaziken, Quaquaval, Pangoro and Pawmot, with Great Tusk, Sneasler and Mienshao to switch with someone if needed. Ace would be Kommo-o cus he is stronk n' underrated af !
