Well, YES, as a VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) patient, I can assure you any significant weight loss will decimate your muscles. There's not much you can do about it. I drank SO MANY protein shakes to no avail. 10 years since, still no muscle mass. Loose skin is also an issue. Unavoidable.

My local international farmers mkt (Shoutout Buford Highway Farmer's Market!!) has and AISLE of Asian Lays. A whole AISLE. OMG. They are hella expensive but sooooo goood. Eel is one of my faves. I love hot pot, too! They even had some that were fizzy milk tea flavor...and you could taste the fizz!!
