A custom picture framer with a big ol' collection. I wanted to share my framed work, some purchased art and some I've drawn personally, and talk about the little tidbits of each piece

I had the singular privilege of finally getting to visit their booth at Sakura Con this year!

I often frame Elby prints in 5x7 frames because they aren't standard US sizes, but they're close enough that the bit of matboard reveal can elevate the piece, and that way I don't have to trim any of the art

I often use 5x7s for Elby printa because they aren't standard US sizes, but the little bit of mat behind the piece doesn't negate from the piece and that way, I don't have to trim the artwork down

I was able to use Museum glass on this piece as well, a type of UV-protected glass that also has a non-glare coating. This will both help protect the art from light damage and fading over time, and give the most clarity when viewing the art!

I had to do some touch-ups on the gold due to some chipping, and I' so proud to say I can't remember where the chips are, the gold blended so smoothly!

A traditionally drawn picture of a female witch in a poofy orange dress with a whimsical witch's hat, framed in an ornate gols frame with a pale cream liner and gols fillet.

A piece I drew last year that fit perfectly in this thrifted frame. I have a good collection of full-custom pieces, but there's nothing quite like finding the perfect frame at the thrift store that's still sturdy, stylish, and fits your aesthetic exactly πŸ’™

Introductions I guess! My name's Ellen and I spent four years learning custom picture framing and absolutely fell in love with it. I wanted a space to share my framed collection and talk about each piece, soooo here it is!
