I listened to FL in an interview earlier this year. He said that he really enjoyed coaching and developing players. Additionally he's used his time as a pundit to improve his analysis.

If he's keen to learn and improve himself, then I'm hopeful that he will work hard to be a success.

I agree, some fans are still mourning his departure.
