I know this isn’t much, but as a huge caves of Qud fan, I’d like to say you’re awesome and a good writer and designer of narratives. Please be patient with yourself.

Forgot to mention this on Thursday, but I’m now at a year on estrogen! It has GREATLY improved my mental health, ability for introspection, and my enjoyment of stuff like film, writing, and ttrpgs. Almost as if me not feeling alien in my body IS a good thing.

and to be clear, i was very clear in asking "can i use stripe for purchases of LGBT content" and both times, different operators have told me that Stripe does not support such transactions

theyre not even playing the "oh our brand doesnt discriminate!" song and dance

remember to call Stripe at 1+ 888-926-2289, and say youre from "California" when prompted. try to get clarification on where Stripe stands on LGBTQ content on online storefronts

Stripe's phone operators have been sounding much more aggressive the past few days, and every time i call they give me a different excuse for who the "real" reason theyre pressuring Itch etc. Some days they say its govt regulations (they wont say which) others they say Visa/MC

twice today, when pressured, Stripe operators have said, plainly, that i cannot use stripe for the purchase of LGBTQ content. not just adult content, but explicitly LGBTQ.

Here's a screenshot of someone on your staff lying to the community that LGBT games weren't impacted, while you were blanket deindexing yuri games (which are lesbian, not NSFW).

As a journalist, I have a responsibility to correct misinformation from corporations. Stop lying to your community!
