No I’m flying Monday at 7 am and I’m so nervous lol

And I’m consistently getting high 60s to 80% on MBE questions so. I think I’ll pass the MBE but I am nervous about the MEE. and I definitely think I can get at least half points for both MPTs I just gotta lock in

I’ll probably do fine on evidence as long as I can remember all the damn hearsay bullshit

Family law I can likely scrape out a 3/6 on depending on the issue

Subjects I feel mostly comfortable about for MEE: agency, criminal procedure, (mostly) criminal law, torts, secured transactions, (tentatively) constitutional law. Corps and partnerships, wills and trusts I’m fucked. Property and contracts probably fucked. Civ pro there’s a chance

I also wasn’t working full time when I was prepping for the Florida bar and I have been working while prepping this time around. Makes a huge difference

I really feel like the Florida bar was easier lol fewer essays. More time for each essay. Florida specific multiple choice instead of MPT (although I think I’ll do fine on the MPT)

I’ll prob reactivate my twitter Wednesday evening after the second half of the exam. I’m woefully unprepared I am probably going to fail the MEE entirely

Affirmatively pleading can still be pleading not guilty (of murder) even if you’re saying you are guilty of another offense. The govt has the burden to prove the case so it’s easier than you’d think for the defense to be like yeah he wasn’t even the guy

Not a criminal lawyer, but I believe they can argue both if they want/can support those arguments. They can say the govt’s evidence is insufficient to prove to the standard necessary that mangione was the guy + they can affirmatively plead yes it was him but not murder bc “mitigating circumstances”
