I guess 141(0x8D) in JP version.
I confirmed it still existing 513th of STR0 on Sega PC(JP) version.
Also confirmed NOT existing on Empire version.

There were a few vehicles cut from Sega GT during its development, most remain as nothing more but text strings and placeholder logos.. except for one.

Whilst there's no Saleen Mustang 351 in game, it does have a unique hidden placeholder; A Castrol racing liveried Isuzu Gemini/i-Mark.
