New preprint! We analyzed ~500 global marine fish time series using #EmpiricalDynamicModeling and show that temperature variation amplifies nonlinearity in juveniles and adults, while life history mediates nonlinearity for the latter, dampening it in slow-lived species #Ecology #Fisheries
