A barrier I can relate to is relative cheapness of unhealthy foods. When going food shopping at stop and shop I can see how much more it costs to buy meats, fruits and vegetables compared to buying frozen foods. Itβs more convient to buy cheaper food when trying to save.

I tracked my food intake for the last 24 hours and it was easy using a calorie tracker app but I donβt think it was accurate because I wasnβt too sure of the portion sizes. One thing that surprised me was all the empty calories I was eating and how fast calories add up.
