I've been getting into customizing my clothes lately and that made me notice even more how often fast fashion chains are selling the illusion of diy culture with patches on jackets, "painted" on denim etc, it's kinda sad

Like, I never really know how I'll be spending my day but having something that regularly reminds me to do something while also showing me HOW to do it definitely takes away a certain paralysis when it comes to looking up exercises etc and then I'll have invested too much time in looking stuff up

ah I mostly thought of the way certain food tracking apps etc send you reminders at certain times of the day and usually also a recipes tab etc and how that could be translated to more of a mobility/stretches reminder depending on how often/intensely you may need it :D

there should be an app for artists/people who spend a lot of time sitting down that has a timer that reminds you to do stretches and shows you basic exercises you can do
