2/3 First, there aren't many tumor differences among HSD3B1 genotypes. But there may be more TMPRSS2 translocations in local pca. Does this hint at some earlier role for HSD3B1 than previously thought? Second, there's an enrichment in homozygous hyperactive allele - consistent w/progression?
