Woooo boy. Although I reside in BC, I took a few minutes to let Alberta and the UPC know what I think about this proposed book ban, and the ill intent behind this ridiculous survey.
Be sure to unload on question seven, where they report sexually explicit material is provided to children. 🙄
Journalists should be wary of framing this Alberta school book ban thing as a "new discovery" of graphic content in school libraries.
These books are not new. This isn't some secret that's been revealed.
What is new is the Alberta government's decision to care about this now. That is the story.
