Not all of them , the generals/leader ( Slimes in disguise ) train the warriors to be egocentric , they are "strong and powerfull" but they lack willpower to do anything outside fighting.
So the slimes just take the bodies of those orcs and give them so much lust that they get into a ecstasy state.

i would straight up take that test and try to take on 100 slimes at same time ☹

The "failed ones" are constantly milked to create more goo for that cave.

The ones that "were successful" goes into the higher ranks of the tribe, like a leader for exemple, but completely controled by the creatures, and train new males for that system.

The ones with low willpower get controlled.
