Unless they also pre hit Hollie sue, which is likely, 2 Razen, 2 Stake, 2 Jioalong makes the pure version less consistent. But even then with k9, how much will that matter? 4/?
One of Yubel's only weaknesses was non destructive removal with stuff like Nib, so adding more Phantom, and Nib being not as popular into Yummy/Dracotail, makes their endboard much more robust. I don't think they'll be meta, but who knows 3/?

I don't know if it will even matter. Snake Eyes is still a good engine, but even then, can it beat any of the JUSH decks, Ryzeal, or Maliss?
Phantom back to 3 is an insane buff to Yubel. Again does it matter? Probably not? but being able to have multiple Phantom is insane 2/?
I'll start with the unlimits as those are going to be the most controversial
Lightning Storm was par for the coarse
Maiden to 3 is great for blue eyes, but I don't think Blue Eyes does enough against Dracotail or Yummy
Reversing Oak might be too soon but... 1/?

Once again, it's ok.
The latest Charmer's episode is more comfy cozy magical girl fluff. Enjoyable for sure just kinda generic.
Everything is still fine, animation,VA work, backgrounds (Ok the slideshow 5 minutes in was a bit jarring)

Overall, a fairly solid banlist to reign in the top decks of JUSH dealing with some problem cards like feather storm and torrent, and maybe finally putting Mitsu out to pasture

Trading Razen for Hollie sue is a choice, it limits the turn 0 plays of k9 VS even if it isn't as popular anymore
K9 and Yummy hits are reasonable
I thought we were gonna see an Izuna hit because of the OCG but I can understand Jokul a bit
Yummy snatchy to 1 was also OCG so this was only a matter of time
Case for K9 is a ROTA same with Ketu so that checks out
the Dracotail hits are unfortunate, but honestly something had to be hit there, there were probably just the best ones to not completely kill the deck while keeping it in line
