Exactly, its really hard to believe Dems truly want to oppose Trump when only one of you had the courage to speak truth to power, the rest just held up signs, and apparently even that got reprimanded🙄

If you really cared about how Trump is normalizing pay-to-play politics, you should have stood up with Rep. Al Green during the joint address to speak truth to power. Mr. Green accepted his punishment. More Dems doing that would send a powerful message that you don't accept Trump's illegal actions.

Walking out did absolutely nothing. Rep Green's verbal protest was actually getting under Trump's skin and he actually protested on a specific topic. More Dems should have stood to back him up.

What exactly did you think telling Democrats not to protest would accomplish? If you really opposed cuts to Medicaid, you should have stood up and disrupt like Rep Al Greene. How many of those R. sycophants who applauded every word of Trump's do you think will come over?

According to the Social Security Administration, non-citizens must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States to receive Social Security benefits. The people Trump is referring to here most likely are not legally eligible so they wouldn't be getting SSI.
