If this thread serves any purpose, it's to say that if you are lucky enough to be insured, fight for your health, push your doctors, ask questions; otherwise nothing will happen

If I had found this out years ago, I could have avoided a lot of pain through just stretching the right way (different than carpal tunnel stretches). But I didn't have health insurance until recently, and even then, it took years of asking different doctors to get any traction in the right direction
