This afternoon @kickstarterunited.org reached a historic tentative agreement, in which all of the union’s demands have been met. When we fight, we win!!!!

Why a 4-day work week? The bargaining unit members of Kickstarter United’s top priority in our next contract is securing a permanent 4-day workweek for all employees. 1. Health & wellness: The 4DWW allows us the opportunity to rest, reset, and refresh, reducing the likelihood of stress-related health impacts. 2. Well-roundedness: It allows us to balance work with family time, friendship, hobbies, and creativity, so that we can be more than just our job title. 3. Better employees: With one less day a week at our disposal, we develop creative solutions to work more efficiently to hit our goals and deliver business value.

How the team spends their Fridays “The 4DWW allows me to make more time for my family, who all live on the opposite coast from me.
