I was only there for 5 days so I only have so much experience with it 😂 But I liked it quite a bit!

AND my beloved Komeda’s Coffee is from there ☕️💕

It’s so funny because when we were in Nagoya everyone including people who live there were like “why did you come to Nagoya? 🤨”

But truly it was so nice! Great temples and shrines, a great shinkansen museum, lots of cool nerdy shit, a great science museum and great food! AND no crowds!

We did! 💕

I love this. I have a somewhat similar story — Felicia Day streamed all of Unpacking, and when the credits sequence started she said “they did a great job” and then my name came up and she said “Wren Brier did an amazing job.”

I know which fruits have caused it in the past, it’s when new ones suddenly cause it that I despair 🥲 overall it’s pretty infrequent but when it happens it is hours of misery.

Could be! I don’t seem to have a problem with citrus though (I mainly consume them as fresh juice FWIW) and raspberries get me even in the smallest quantity (a mixed juice with a small amount of raspberry puree got me once)

But this seems like a possible lead!

Oh and to answer your question, this time it was pineapple but usually it’s raspberries. Pretty sure at least one banana, and once a fruit bowl so I really don’t know which fruit was the culprit.

Citruses haven’t given me any grief though 🤔 what’s in raspberries? And what do they and pineapples have in common?

Grapes have so far done me no wrong but thank you for the intel, I’ll keep an eye out for any grape insurgencies

If it’s allergies I’d get a reaction in more than just my stomach, wouldn’t I? 🤔 I think it’s some kind of intolerance but I don’t know to what exactly. Can’t be fibers ‘cause apples are fine. I feel like I’m playing russian roulette every time I eat a fruit.
