It’s been a rough few days. Had my uterus removed because I was diagnosed with cancer. The surgery took longer because of a few complications but I’m still not feel very well 2 days later. #cancersucks #fuckcancer

Today it hit me hard that I have Cancer. I have surgery on Monday to determine staging and treatment. I’m beyond scared right now and I have no idea how to cope. #cancersucks

I was diagnosed with cancer on the 11th. I’ve already been to see my oncologist and have surgery for 10/20. It’s like my life has been turned upside down in a single phone call. I won’t be able to keep my job while I’m out for 4/6 weeks. Haven’t been there long enough form FMLA. Cancer sucks.

I get to pass by these wonderful birds everyday. They have names but I gave them my own 😂

It’s with a grateful heart that he’s now running free over the rainbow bridge. He didn’t suffer and I am so thankful to the Tampa Bay Humane Society, they took such compassionate care of him and us.

Almost 16 years ago we were blessed with a vibrant little puppy that was all ears. He was our Super Bowl puppy and named after our New Orleans Saints TE, Jeremy Shockey. Shockey had been with us through so many uplifting and challenging times.

Finished another crocheted star blanket today. I love the colors for this one as well as the fuzzy texture of the yarn. Don’t know who this one is going to yet but hopefully they enjoy it as much as I did making it.#crochet #yarn #crafting
