If it's the plan, the tag match has got to be integral to it long term too.

Swerve coming out to help Hangman fend off the Death Riders at All In could be generational. Comes a little more full circle with Swerve helping Hanger win the belt.

Hangman as someone who's been talked about being the heart of the company before in the past, with history against Mox too. Outside of Eddie, I can't think of anyone else who you can line up as easily for that big moment.

Would imagine Swerve/Hangman Vs Young Bucks will happen along the way too.

If we all had the exact same idea on what made a good story in wrestling, there would never be an original story in wrestling again. For better and for worse.

Wrestling is art, and people are never going to agree overall on art. Especially not with controversial stories. But honestly as long as you can talk about things constructively, it's for the best that people ultimately have disagreements on how things should play out.

The biggest mistake I’ve seen people make tonight is continuing to compare AEW to WWE.

AEW stories have always had more depth and play out over longer periods of times and they have a good track record of sticking the landing.

WWE is shit. AEW is not.

I'll probably post some more coherent thoughts on #AEWDynasty after I've slept and my sciatica isn't giving me grief, but overall a really good, stacked show. Still somehow encapsulating everything I love about AEW whilst also really highlighting some of their flaws in spots.

There's so many BETTER FUCKING MATCHES we could end on to send the crowd happy but instead it seems TK's main event booking is solely based on how many people be can make crash out on social media.

Look, if TK insists on wanting to play out the Mox reign, fine, whatever. But holy fuck stop shoving it in the main event with every dickhead and their nan showing up to run interference, only for Mox to lock in the shittiest bulldogs or retain or whatever the fuck happens. Just feels exhausting

For what it's worth too, for the people surprised the match was restarted. It's definitely not the FIRST time something like that has happened in AEW. But it feels kinda cheap every time they do it because why don't they end up doing that for EVERY match with cheating lmao.
