I've never thought about it as a place to go, but we're talking about it for Thanksgiving to meet with a friend who half-live there nowadays. I figure it will be a different experience than a tourist trip.

This game runs using Google Gemini (per dev's own admission in patch notes) and does not disclose use of said AI per Steam's own ToS.

The dev is also a very strong supporter of genAI tech per his Twitter.

What is TURKEYTROTTEN, you ask?

It is the annual visit by the Great Turkey, Dredge.
Dead By Daylight for the unfamiliar.

For me, that seems to be more of a "don't show it on main" situation. Let the filters work, ban the user when you are able (if you have no mods), and carry on best you can.

In the end, what works for you is best, but I believe it's good to have ideas out there that people can choose to use or not.

Perhaps it might confirm with the doxxer themselves, but blocking the info from hitting the chat will prevent the info from getting more widespread visibility.

If you ban the user, that can tip them off as well, assuming they are human.

Full name alone is great, but you want to block a lot more than that to be safe. :)

I would consider doing this with the following:
-Full legal name
-Parts of your name
-Nicknames you have offline
-Address and parts of your address (such as city)
-where you attend school (if you are a college student, for example)
-Any terms that you feel may personally identify you.
