With all the bad news that's been coming out lately, I feel like it's important to remember this scene from Steven Universe (fittingly from the episode "Political Power").

Yoshi is dressed up in a pirate costume from the Pirate Land board from Mario Party 2 for the Nintendo 64, released in 1999.
