Huge thanks to the amazing volunteers at Osterley parkrun — the true backbone of every event. Their calm and efficient response to today’s medical emergency showed just how vital they are. Grateful for all you do, and wishing the affected runner a swift recovery.

Wonderful few days away in the New Forest. 17km bike ride. 8km walk. They did well!
