We knew this would happen. So did the lawmakers who made these gruesome laws. I am brokenhearted for these families who have lost their beloved mothers and wives.
24.11.2025 03:13 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Just as we, the women who support reproductive freedom warned. Women die when the rights of an embryo are considered greater than those of a mother.

24.11.2025 02:48 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I WAS that wild aunt in the desert with a feral horse... but I still wouldn't own that. It would scare the javelinas.
23.11.2025 05:13 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Too much fighting and battle maps, not enough of the letters, pamphlets, and thoughts of the people. Very guy-oriented.

23.11.2025 01:49 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Although I understand that there are many professions that are critical to a civilized society (teacher, nurse), I just can't help loving writers the most. I've given them free meals, cozy stays, and free psychotherapy, wanting nothing in return except their perfect sentences.
23.11.2025 00:39 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Betrayed by her own cousin, Ms. Shlossberg is dying. Meanwhile, her doctors fear for their futures, but keep trying to give her more time.

22.11.2025 05:36 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0The thesis of my final book is that we are endowed by our evolutionary history with the need for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, not as isolated humans, but within community. Oligarchs destroy our freedom and break our bonds with one another. We cannot let them.
22.11.2025 04:22 โ ๐ 7 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0The American Revolution documentary is indeed compelling. I do, however, blame Ken Burns for the invention of the use of the historical present (Burgoyne now finds his army surrounded!). Truly an annoying affectation that has spread throughout journalism and historical narratives of all kinds.
20.11.2025 02:59 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0As long as we are talking about guys, how about asking about the last time they had an interesting conversation with a woman, and what they learned from her?
19.11.2025 04:53 โ ๐ 9 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0It's not a foolproof plan but every political debate from now on should be a Normal Guy competition. Ask them to describe grocery shopping in detail. Talk about what it's like to have a friend

18.11.2025 05:15 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Peter Coyote's voice always reminds me of a road trip with my hippie friends where I threw my sleeping bag next to a guy who told me he was a Digger in SF but wanted to be an actor. "I changed my name to Peter Coyote," he said. "Yeah, that will definitely go over well in Hollywood" said I.
