While Trump cozied up to foreign billionaire investors in his memecoin grift at a pricey dinner at his Virginia golf course, I rallied outside with @our-revolution.bsky.social and @publiccitizen.bsky.social to protest his crypto con.

Tonight, Trump is wining and dining top $TRUMP crypto coin investors—including foreign billionaires—who paid millions for VIP access to him. This is a colossal abuse of power by the Trump family to profit off the presidency. My End Crypto Corruption Act would stop this grift.

The GOP plan kicks 8.6 million off of Medicaid. Rural hospitals will suffer, kids will lose care & people will get sick, all to give billionaires tax breaks. Medicaid is a promise to take care of each other. Trump wants to break it. Families lose, billionaires win. I’m a Hell NO!

Every right workers have is won by uniting in solidarity—the 8-hour workday, overtime, fair wages and benefits, workplace safety. Working people organized, marched, and fought. On May Day, we honor that fight by continuing it.

We have a president who is actively violating our laws and our Constitution. We all need to give extraordinary efforts to save our democracy. Here's what I saw at my town halls last weekend: thousands of people who are doing exactly that by organizing against Trump and his cronies.

Last week, I led Senate Democrats in an all-nighter against the GOP’s budget for billionaires. We pushed amendments to protect working families—Republicans voted “No.” Now, they’re on record against Medicaid, fair taxes, and lower drug costs. I’m not backing down from this fight.

Trump wants Kash Patel to run the FBI for one reason: total control. Patel colluded to block investigations, spread election lies, and glorify January 6. Patel won’t uphold the law—he’ll sabotage it to protect Trump and target his enemies with a revenge agenda. I voted “No.”

We've seen this scam before. The GOP always finds money for tax cuts for the wealthiest but never for programs that help families thrive. As Ranking Member on the Budget Committee, I will fight this harmful budget every step of the way to protect the programs working families need to thrive.
