I think one reason masculinist podcaster types got so inflamed about trans people over the last few years is insecurity that more lonely men may rather transition than be sold supplements by a bald baby man. the very idea of being able to prevent being a lonely, sad man cuts into their bottom line.

An NPC that can just hallucinate shit really kinda hurts any amount of intentionality to storytelling and signals to me not to give a shit about it.

Like at that point why does any plot point or line of dialogue at all matter period if random NPCs will contradict or include random bullshit.

Out of all the Robotron 2048 inspired games I've played, I think Evil Egg might be a new favorite.

It is certainly the MOST flashy and is really crunchy with its effect work in a way that makes even dying really satisfying. The way you get perfect tight control AND a slippery boost, I fucking LOVE!

I don't like when Gundam protrays newtypes as "force users"/"chosen ones" because I always read the UV protrayal of newtypes as hyper-empaths, and that all it really took to be a newtype was being emotionally genuine/personally honest, people not held down by tradition or aging expectations.
