👥 Meet the team behind Pathways Home — La Crosse’s community-driven response to homelessness, coordinated by the City & County. 💪 We’re now housing more people each month than become homeless — dropping homelessness from 268 in January to 224 in June.

🌧️ We stopped by Valley Road in the Town of Shelby today to check out a stormwater project supported by $500K from La Crosse County. 🤝 It’s the last of a series of stormwater projects across the county funded through our $2M program. The projects provide flood protection and improve water quality.

😀 The Western Region for Economic Assistance (WREA), led by La Crosse County Human Services, has achieved a FoodShare payment error rate of just 1.21%, according to a recent review by Wisconsin DHS. 👉 WREA serves La Crosse, Buffalo, Clark, Jackson, Monroe, Pepin, Trempealeau, and Vernon counties.
