This guy has so many Uri traits (my first husky who passed unexpectedly Nov 2024) it's unreal and I just can't 🥹😭🥹😭. He would always lay in the most inconvenient spots in the kitchen while I cook and often used my foot as a pillow. ♥️

Fried sesame soba noodles! You don't need to use the branded stuff. And for the soy sauce, I use Kikkoman Tamari soy sauce instead.
Also if you like a little zing, mix in some wasabi while it's still hot and 🥵🥵🥵 so good.
Simple, but delicious. It's very easy to make too!
