It's fun to expand our watching outside of the US market.

It is hard. Google owns YouTube. I'm not sure if HBO MAX has bent the knee yet, but I don't think so. In the past we've tried Sling, Fubo, and Philo, but now we have no live TV options, by choice. We watch a lot of stuff on Pluto and Tubi. We also love British TV and have Britbox and Acorn.
