I will at least have a good memory of the suiter who stopped me asking to take a photo of them with a Solid Snake cosplayer with their phone. I felt good about that.

…Truthfully it wasn’t a great photo, but I feel like they would’ve said different if they knew I was just learning and been more supportive/encouraging knowing so.

Needless to say I deleted both the first and the retake out of frustration. I don’t think I took anymore photos after that interaction.

Which sucks because it was my first and only time on the con floor with my camera, and on the final day. Was still learning how to use it. Snap a photo of someone, show them, and they say it’s “not very good”…

Doing music or singing would be nice, but I have horrid performance anxiety. Stuff I know I’m good at, but can barely ever show anyone

Wouldn’t mind doing more con photography, but I’m terrible at asking for photos, paired with a moment I had at FWA that kinda soured my desire to pursue it further-

I find that I’m above-average at a lot of things, but I don’t have the drive to dedicate time to hone them

Maybe I’m afraid that what I enjoy will turn into work, which’ll take the excitement away from me. Maybe I just wanna be good at something without taking on the responsibilities that come with

I’m also horrendous at verbal teasing/dirty talk. I’m usually dead quiet in any sexual scenarios. I’m much more of a “actions speak louder than words” guy, which thankfully I seem to have that nailed

I do get decently more verbal and confident when drunk, but I can’t translate that over while sober

I think one of the biggest downsides of being such a huge tease is that it’s very hard to get teased back

Nothing ever really flusters me the same way I do to others. It’s usually when I get in my own thoughts (especially when high) where I really ever feel mindlessly horny from visuals/actions
