Had an amazing 6 days off. Back to reality today. Back to work and slowly introducing the gym again today. Yesterdays back and hip pain was a reminder of how week I am in the core. Let’s make better choices going forward. Have a beautiful Monday everyone.

As soon as that game ended I grabbed a blanket that has pictures of my late dad and I on it and absolutely started sobbing. He last saw a playoff appearance by the #mariners in 2001 as he passed away in June 2022. So now we have a win. I miss my dad for the joy of this team and game the most.

I’ve seen a lot of complaining and whining like we’re down by 3 touchdowns. Lots of jumping off a cliff like winning 3 in a row wasn’t good enough.

Really saddens me and breaks my heart when I’m playing golf so well and then my back goes out with 5 holes left to play. I want so badly to be able to continue the great rounds I’ve had over the last couple months and build momentum going into this winter. The back just doesn’t want to cooperate.

They weren’t trying in that series, played a lot of bench players and only partial effort because of having the division locked up.

We got quite a few strike calls in our pitchers favor as well. That’s a very shallow way to look at it. And I did say blame the offense.
