Yeah so I've learned unless you ask them to check for a specific condition they won't check, regular checkups can't find those so you have to get a specialist and be very stubborn about it until something is done.

5/ sorry for this tldr;

I have a painful condition that makes me bed ridden every single month for at least ten days, sometimes longer, it takes a while for me to get back to taking care of myself, so I really appreciate everyone who is very patient and still allowing me to do what I love

4/ I have a new appointment with a new doctor later in march, but if I disappear again for a few weeks I hope you understand why, my bf has to care for me and I'm bed ridden for a while, which is why my commissions get backed up

It's slowly getting worse over time, I just hope this explains things

3/ --to recuperate, while the cycles themselves last a week long, of just constant pain that hardly goes away even on 600mg of ibuprofen

so that's basically a third, sometimes half of every single month that I am too ill to care for myself, i can't even walk my dog, and nobody will help

2/ I'm ftm, a man, I've had top surgery and hrt, but even being on t for years didn't stop my monthlies being painful, it didn't even stop them at all

whenever I have a cycle, not only is there pain but too much bleeding which leaves me constantly anemic, and after its over it takes me a few days-

1/ I have been trying to get treatment for years for excruciatingly painful menstrual cycles that have landed me in the ER several times over the course of my life. At one point I had a cyst that may have been cancerous, then it was gone.

Every doctor says something different-

I never was sure if I should be more honest about why it is my health is always bad and why I disappear sometimes for weeks, and come back, then disappear again.

I'm not "sick" in the normal sense, this is a vent and so I guess here's a tmi; if you've been following me for a while
