For info @oxfordclarion.bsky.social, there is an ongoing citizens assembly which the labour group called for last year. Their leader Cllr Brighouse sits on the advisory panel. Hence I am amending this motion to remind council of this.

Thanks! That's a really useful reminder. Citizens of Oxford have already opined. There's a Citizens' Assy already in train.
We might also note that Labour-Conservative Alliance parties have both supported Bus gates, WPL, ZEZ when in office.
Makes you wonder if they actually believe in anything?
