With my health the way it is I can't allow myself to hide in bed all day wishing I was asleep
I'm struggling to physically get the most simple things done because of #Fibro & emotional #burnout #depression is making it harder
Every day I don't take better care of myself is doing my body major damage

Worse than just the obvious momentary emotional tole seeing the cruelty of governments to their people, bigoted idiots supporting vindictive idiots, & the outrageous hatefulness of average people to all & sundry is the fact I'm sinking into full on depression affecting every part of my life

I'm going off line as much as possible for the next few days for my emotional (*& physical) health
I realize that in the last 2 months my depression is building as I see more of the decline of humanity playing out in front of us
There hasn't been a day that I don't end up in tears of sorrow or rage

Think different in 2025:

Find and support businesses that are actually doing the right thing. Money talks—spend it where it matters.

Funny thing is I would love to be a vegetarian

My body can't absorb certain proteins

Gluten
Pea
Processed Egg protein
Peanut
& I only absorb about 30% of veggie proteins (like beans)

Today is January 6th and no one is watching the Capitol be plundered, feces being smeared on the walls, and police officers being stabbed with American flags.

Why? Because one side believes in democracy no matter what, and the other side only believes in it only when they win.
