Alright. I never like making posts like this, but I need help. I've been face to the grindstone for a month but it's not enough...

Like, you aren't spoiled for choice when it comes to characters to draw. Yet you CHOOSE to draw the... minors...? Am I missing something?

at some point i kinda wanna get back to my roots and draw more pear-shaped creatures again...it's been on my mind a lot lately. i just think round shapes are fun.

on that note, have this silly lil goblin doodle i had laying around. another npc from my d&d campaign that i hacked out a quick design for.

just popping in real quick to say that i'm still doing okay! still workin on comms and other things in the background, it's just been a LOT slower than i'd like. i'm trying to be careful not to burn out again.

LRT, it's too often that I have times where I look back on old art and think "ew gross" but also plenty of times where I think "oh wow that kinda holds up actually".

it's a nice feeling. but still really fascinating to see how far I've come in some respects with my art.

obvious emphasis is on the chest but i also really like the creases around the waist/belly just really selling how snugly she's crammed into that suit, it's peak stuff.

UGH i just gotta say though that this is the worst part of taking commissions; me being a quivering bundle of anxious nerves as I wait for submissions to trickle in until the deadline passes, worrying that there's something i forgot or screwed up. i suuure didn't miss that feeling at all

ty for asking! you're always welcome to submit the idea of one. i'm not (usually) opposed, but it depends on how much potential workload in a batch i'm dealing with. I'm more willing to take bigger projects if I don't get many submissions. But even if I do, i'll always at least consider it.

fair enough! i might need to evaluate discrepancies on a case-by-case basis then. my European friends might benefit from some adjustments, but it seems like on the whole it might be alright. thank you for the input. ^^

I do, yes; and I see! hmm. I don't mind losing a few cents here and there to fees, i mostly just want to ensure that my prices end up being fair for my clients regardless of their region, is the thing. hence my thought of offering prices in different currencies.

also: i'm currently re-evaluating my price standards. i used to only charge in USD for simplicity's sake, but with the current climate... i'm really not sure anymore.

could price in CAD? maybe try to figure out region-based pricing...? would appreciate input from non-US folk.
