My friend and former LBC radio colleague Brian Hayes, passed away in his sleep in the early hours of Saturday mornng.
Brian had been battling with increasing frailty for several years now but up until this year was still able to get out and about with a bit of help and a taxi.
RIP Brian

Happy 100th birthday to a radio giant Pete Murray, who I had the pleasure of working with at LBC/IRN in the late 80s/early 90s. A pioneer on Luxy, 6.5 Special, the Light Programme, TOTP and R1/2 he was one of the nicest people in the business. And he still has that amazing quiff!
