Whenever I try to access pillowfort I get - this.
I'm in Belgium and I have no idea what's wrong.
So when people tell me pillowfort is a good alternative, I go - well..I wish I could see if it's true. Heh.

The website keeps telling me it can’t establish a safe internet connection

Stepping away from Instagram and twitter hurt my income significantly.
BlueSky literally helped me stay afloat.

I can’t just leave into nowhere now.

Until there is another shift in how media- art in particular- is platformed online, we have to work with what we have. Bluesky is messed up but that's not -our- fault. It's theirs. It took me 10 years to get to the follower count I have here back on Twitter, I'm not struggling through that again.
