Yes. In fact this constant talk about "refugees and immigrants bad" , "how to solve the immigrant problem" , "immigrants this, immigrants that" is VERY stressful.
Like I'm both trans and a refugee and the talk of how my existence is "a question that is being discussed and a problem" is traumatizing

Unfortunately there's very little written works on how to deal with this, apart from just waiting for the time to pass and life sorting itself out.
It does. I'm much better now than I was a year ago.
Though it still feels like I will never be fully myself again.

But at least I can function, work, and communicate to others.
