Space heater ordered! Won't be here til Weds when of course it will be slightly warmer, but at least it will help me remain productive through the rest of the winter~

I placed order for one that will be here Weds. It's not like I'm not aware of the risk factors, but my MIL can be really hard to convince to change her mind when it's already been made. When it's so cold that it's disrupting my work tho, it's worth the potential headache of a convo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

At this rate I'm close to caving and buying a space heater so I can function for the rest of winter, but I think my MIL would flip if she found out and might not even allow it bc she has high anxiety over anything that could be considered a fire hazard...

So overwhelmed by how cold the apartment is (our heater isn't broken, it's just a poorly insulated basement unit) that I'm cancelling stream tonight to stay under the comforter. All my usual pain is being magnified by the cold & it's hard to draw when my hands are so uncomfortable frigid.

I know everyone is struggling and I prefer to fight my own battles. However, this is impossible for me to do on my own. I have until February 13th to pay $750 or I'll lose my car. And I use my car for my job. My main income. I'll lose everything.
