Taran asked Luke as they approached the seafood restaurant, "What's wrong with anglerfish?"
"Teeth."
She thought a moment. "Oh. Well? I know a place where we can have some cuddlefish...?"
Luke joked that the restrooms were pretty cramped; Taran called him a nasty boy.
As they walked across Key Bridge from Rosslyn into Georgetown, Taran asked Luke, "If I fell off into the Potomac below, would you come to my #defense?"

I've read hardly two novels since again "becoming" a writer.
Don't novelists/playwrights eat, drink, and sleep their current creations?
"This do in remembrance of me" is what the altar said with a stale solemnity that had nowhere to escape; and much less so myself from the little Sunday school audience & in my well-worn dress jacket and tie mommy fixed me up in.

You always also wondered if you had (gulp!) forgotten
Some are calling the 'Devotion' episodes (rerun, "remastered") expert level and praising their pacing.
Others find a strange, beneficent comfort in the world that's been created.
I am so thankful for the few. It is a lifeline for me.
