Subject: Abell 85, also known as the Garlic Nebula. The name comes from the shape of the nebula as it stands out with a red and blue/green shell against a dense starfield and faint red nebulosity.

This object is nicknamed the Garlic Nebula, but is formally known as Abell 85. This supernova remnant is super faint, but fairly large in the space between Cassiopeia and Cepheus in the night sky.
